Returns & Refunds Policy

- Faulty or Damaged Items: In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, we will replace or refund items that are faulty, damaged on arrival, or have a faulty print.
- Change of Mind & Sizing: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, shipping delays, or if the wrong size is selected.
- Sizing Tolerance: Please consult our Size Guide before purchasing. An industry-standard tolerance of 2.5cm for half-chest and length measurements is accepted and does not constitute a fault.
- Care Instructions: Garments will not shrink if the specific washing guidelines on the labels are followed. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect laundering.
- Return Process: To initiate a return for a faulty item, email with your order number ([email protected]) and a photo of the fault. We will coordinate with our printer to arrange a replacement for you.
