At Punk Row, we stand by the quality of our gear. Because every single piece is made-to-order specifically for you, we keep our return rules simple, transparent, and direct.
1. Faulty or Damaged Gear
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are absolutely entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. We accept returns strictly for items that are:
- Physically faulty or damaged when they land on your doorstep.
- Received with an incorrect or defective print.
2. Change of Mind & Sizing Realities
Because we print to order, we do not run a massive warehouse of spare stock to swap things out. Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind: No buyer remorse refunds.
- Incorrect size selection: We have included a dedicated size guides within each product page. Check it before you buy. Note that the industry-standard manufacturing tolerance is 2.5cm for half-chest and length measurements, which is not considered a defect.
- Shipping or stock delays: We work hard to get gear to you fast, but external courier delays are out of our hands.
- Improper care: Our apparel is high quality and will not shrink if you follow the washing guidelines on the label. If you cook your garment in a hot dryer, that's on you.
3. How to Sort a Return
If your gear genuinely has a defect, let us fix it. Follow these steps within 14 days of receiving your order:
- Email us: Send a note to [email protected]
- Prove it: Include your Order Number and a clear photo of the fault.
- The Fix: Once we verify the issue, we will lodge it with our printers immediately to get a replacement spun up and shipped to you as fast as possible.
