At Punkrow.com, we take pride in our products. Because our items are made-to-order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns:
1. Faulty or Damaged Items
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. We only accept returns for items that are:
- Physically faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- Received with a faulty or incorrect print.
2. Change of Mind & Sizing
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or "buyer's remorse."
- Incorrect size selection: Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing. Note that an industry-standard tolerance of 2.5cm for half-chest and length measurements is accepted and not considered a defect.
- Shipping or stock delays: While we aim for prompt delivery, external courier delays are outside of our control.
- Improper Care: Our garments are high quality and will not shrink if the washing guidelines on the labels are followed. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect laundering.
3. How to Request a Return
If your item is faulty, please follow these steps within 14 days of receiving your order:

- Include: Your Order Number and a clear Photo of the fault.
- Process: Once received, we will contact our printers to arrange a replacement item for you as quickly as possible.
